A funny thing this modesty is. To tout a fair game and to make your case entirely explicit without ever considering foul play from any other party.
To believe what I am saying to be true, but being entirely willing to give it all up if shown another way.

in some ways probably. in MOST ways probably.
Instead of wondering why and how person X is making explicit their concerns, and staying consistent with their word, we must take their word and action for granted.
Funny how skepticism and blind trust go so well together, for indeed they are both entirely required for any social interaction.
