It is Monday 7.28.08 and it is hot and humid and windy.
Got up early and Petar cancelled breakfast. I sat around until Kenley and Brenna woke up and then went for breakfast. While they were getting ready, I ran some errands. Paid for my flight home and charged some money to my ketai for long distance and even had time to talk to Jeannine for quite a while. I’ve got about 4 weeks until home. Amazing. Breakfast at Royal Host with K&B where both my Mom and Dad called me during the meal, and Kenley phoned home too. We planned Kenley and Brenna’s trip up Fuji-san and then I had to run to take the train. I’ll tell you how it went with them tomorrow.
On the train for Iwata the wind started blowing CRAZY hard and the sky was that weird humid bright blue on top and dark black streaks on the bottom. The train stopped in Iwata and waited a whole extra 10 minutes before the wind died down enough to pass through. It was amazing! I’ve never seen late trains on the Tokaido line before.
Taught 6 classes with no break and broken aircon. It was almost the most horrible thing ever, but by the end it was ok. I went to Mos Burger and got a Kimpira L-po, and then didn’t really eat it. At home, I relaxed a bit with the KORG DS Synth and started some laundry and then was surprised by Kenley and Brenna walking through the door. Aparantly I told them the wrong stop and they ended up on the other side of Tokyo… I’m a moron…
